Automation Technician with customer contact and technical support

Activity

• Commissioning of CNC and machine tools at the customer site
• Conducting training for users (hardware and software)
• Error analysis as well as maintenance and repair work on site
• Installation of software updates and system adjustments
• Technical support via telephone or remote access
• Travel activity within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
• Requirements
• Technical basic training as Automation Technician
• Knowledge in electronics is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good language skills in English or Italian, ideally French
• Flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
