Project Manager in Access Control Systems with Functional Leadership

What you can achieve.

• You will take on functional leadership in sub-projects and, as the person responsible for access control systems, ensure the entire life cycle of access control systems for buildings and facilities.
• You will plan solutions for locking system expansions and new lockings and initiate the ordering of the required components.
• You will coordinate and control installation work and accompany the acceptance of doors; as a 2nd-level contact person, you will support Facility Managers, real estate managers, and users with complex issues.
• You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the access control systems, including the SBB-Badge functionality, and take care of the procurement and operation of further systems.
• You will further develop strategic topics and act as a hub between operational units and strategic areas, coordinating stakeholders (stations, facility objects, private tenants).
• You will be primarily active in Central Switzerland and also manage projects throughout Switzerland.

• Sound specialist knowledge in locking systems and access control systems is required. Experience in project management and in the control of technical implementations or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these and build up knowledge.
• Completed technical training as a technician / fitter with experience in locking systems/access control systems, ideally supplemented by further training as a Project Manager for Security Systems with a federal diploma (eidg. FA).
• You enjoy working with various IT applications, are interested in how they work, and recognize development potential to improve the solutions.
• You are business fluent in German; good knowledge (B1) of French or Italian is a plus.
