Implementation Project Manager 100% ##

Your responsibilities ###

• In collaboration with management, you will notably be responsible for:
• Managing and coordinating planning and drawing teams
• Preparing estimates, schedules, and tender documents
• Managing adjudication meetings and the company selection process, in coordination with management
• Ensuring monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and safety rules
• Organizing handovers, ensuring monitoring of warranty work, and conducting the handover of the works

Your profile ###

• Training as an architect, ES technician in construction management, or architectural draughtsperson
• At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and construction management
• Excellent mastery of the costing phases and the drafting of tenders
• Mastery of standard IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage construction sites autonomously and to guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Sense of organization, precision, and rigor
• Initiative, dynamism, and ability to make decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with clients, companies, and project owners
• Taste for teamwork
