What you achieve daily During your three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various departments such as finance or customer service. In doing so, you will work in various competent and dynamic teams that collectively cover around 40 different professions. In customer service, you are part of a team of clerks. There, you process the telephone and written inquiries of our insured persons or receive them at the counter. With your clear and friendly way of communicating, you give them the right answer in every situation. Furthermore, you manage the dossiers of our customers and process inquiries and benefit statements. With your precise and careful way of working, you check cost approvals and assess benefit claims. In the finance department, you acquire important competencies. You record payment orders, book incoming payments, and manage official correspondence, such as in debt collection. With your conscientious and empathetic manner, you answer customer inquiries on the telephone or at the counter.
