Job description
The Gioia Cares GmbH is a private institution that has been committed to the compatibility of family and career since 2015. The company includes 9 locations, two of which have an integrated day center for seniors. We relieve working parents and enable them to pursue their profession with a clear conscience. Conceptually, we follow the early childhood education concept and create diverse opportunities for toddlers, preschool and school-age children to explore the world according to their interests. The well-being and personal needs of the children are our central focus. For the Kita Worb, we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare EFZ 80 - 100% as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the conscientious accompaniment and age-appropriate promotion of the children
As a specialist, you are co-responsible for designing the daily Kita life with imagination, enthusiasm and empathy and create a great environment with the team
You bring with you:

A completed apprenticeship as Specialist in Childcare Child EFZ
Vocational trainer completed or willingness to learn this
Joy and patience in dealing with children
Solution-oriented and networked thinking

Commitment, openness and teamwork skills
Joy in pedagogical professional exchange within the team
