Your Tasks
You create analyses, reports, and forecasts and prepare bases for decision-making
Responsibility for Budgeting & Forecasting and support of Business Cases
You ensure the Management Reporting according to IFRS
Monitoring of relevant key figures and identification of optimization potential
You support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Continuous development of processes and systems in Controlling
Your Profile
A completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a comparable further education (dipl. Controller, CIMA, ACCA, eidg. dipl. Expert) forms your basis
You bring at least 3 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Accounting - ideally in an SME environment or in a group
Sound Excel knowledge and a good understanding of financial accounting as well as booking logics characterize you
You bring very good German skills and English skills at B2 level
You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and convince as a team player with strong communication skills
Nice to have, but not a must:
Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
Knowledge in consolidation and IFRS
Interest in process optimization and digitalization
