As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for our Supply Chain sector for a: Prototypes & Subcontracting Coordinator Your mission Under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Director, you ensure the planning and monitoring of all new projects and prototypes of the company. In close collaboration with the R&D department, you will coordinate internal and subcontracted activities for all new products. You analyze the needs for components and finished products, you establish, coordinate and control production schedules. You also launch and monitor production orders, as well as purchase orders. You are in regular contact with subcontractors and ensure the monitoring of their order portfolios. Finally, you calculate and confirm delivery times to Customer Care. Your profile You benefit from higher education in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, industrial management or an equivalent deemed training, and have confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally in project coordination, planning or subcontractor management. A rigorous, autonomous and organized person, you know how to manage several files in parallel while maintaining your priorities in a dynamic environment. Resistant to stress, you face unforeseen events and constraints related to deadlines effectively. Thanks to your technical skills, you understand industrial flows, manufacturing processes and production constraints. Close to the field, you enjoy collaborating with workshops and the various actors of the value chain in order to ensure concrete monitoring of activities. Possessing excellent communication skills, you interact easily with internal and external interlocutors, coordinate service providers and ensure a fluid circulation of information.
