YOUR TASKS ##

• Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the endoscopy team
• Ensuring smooth daily operations as well as optimal deployment planning in close cooperation with the patient/OR scheduling management
• Creation of process descriptions and SOPs as well as their regular updating in Signavio
• Coordination of validation and maintenance appointments
• Support in investment planning for the area
• Participation in endoscopic examinations as well as care and accompaniment of patients
• Promotion and development of employees as well as induction and accompaniment of new team members
• Participation in administrative tasks, in material management, and in process optimizations
• Participation in quality-promoting developments in endoscopy as well as in cross-departmental topics

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or Med. Praxisassistent/-in
• Professional experience in an acute care hospital, ideally in the field of endoscopy
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Strong organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to take on various shifts including on-call duty
• High social competence, communication strength, and team orientation
• Good IT user knowledge as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
