Physiotherapist at 80% La Fondation Echaud is a socio-educational establishment that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or presenting medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often in the presence of various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential facility, we are looking for, for a date to be agreed upon, a/an: Physiotherapist at 80% The Position: Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and art therapists), with a large degree of autonomy. Practice therapies in the room and within life groups, including respiratory physiotherapy. Work in collaboration and listen to the educational teams accompanying the beneficiaries. Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and follow-up of therapeutic programs and pedagogical projects for the beneficiaries. Participate in meetings for the assessment of beneficiary support. Organize orthopedic appointments for the beneficiaries. Collaborate with families and legal representatives. Maintain and update therapeutic files for the beneficiaries. Collaborate with external partners. The Profile: Physiotherapy diploma or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. To be sensitized to multiple disabilities. Interest in integrating and becoming involved in a concept of integrated therapies. Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability. Good computer skills.
