You lead your team with heart and mind, help out in everyday life and actively help shape how we make our logistics a little better every day. Teamleader Logistics (w/m/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day business and helping out yourself Technical and personnel management of a team of around 10–20 employees, including responsibility for their occupational safety and health protection Continuous development of the team and independent implementation of employee, health and annual interviews Active participation in projects and bringing in team and logistics know-how to continuously improve work processes Your skills Solid expertise in logistics – through practical experience, specific training (e.g. logistics specialist) or further education in the field of leadership First to several years of leadership experience in logistics or production Very good IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems You have very good German language skills in word and writing Mobility for our two-shift operation (Mon-Fri 05:00-23:00 / Sat 05:00-18:00) on a weekly alternating basis The courage to take risks and act under uncertainty Actions and decisions in line with your personal convictions and values Why start with us?
