Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. ### Your tasks: * Execute inspection tasks autonomously * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities * Handle various requests and small repairs * Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors * Manage small repair projects * Participation in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks) ### Your profile: * CFC electrical installer mandatory * Several years of experience in a similar activity * Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Proficiency in French, English is an asset * Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driver's license required * Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization ### Ready for us?
