Manufacturing & Logistics Manager 100% (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in its field of activity, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities

Reporting to management, you organize, pilot, and optimize all manufacturing and logistics activities to guarantee safety, quality, compliance with deadlines, and cost control.

In this capacity, you will notably be in charge of:

• Managing and developing production and logistics teams.
• Ensuring the planning and monitoring of manufacturing activities.
• Driving performance through quality, cost, deadline, and productivity indicators.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous optimization actions.
• Coordinating activities with the various departments of the company.
• Guaranteeing compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.

Profile

• Higher technical education.
• Proven experience in managing production and logistics teams.
• Solid experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Management methods.
• Experience with an ERP, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset, sense of priorities, and results orientation.
• Strong ability to collaborate transversally with different services.
