Our sales consultants support end customers, specialist partners, architects, and planners in the implementation of projects in the field of doors, door automation, and security technology. For our location in Rümlang, we are looking for a committed personality as a Technical Clerk Sales Back Office.

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

• Creation of offers and order confirmations for the assigned sales consultants in Salesforce and SAP
• Independent processing of customer inquiries in cooperation with the sales team
• Telephone customer support and processing of the general mailbox
• Participation in internal projects of the back office as well as assumption of general administrative tasks
• Deputy within the sales back office team during absences

THAT IS WHY WE TRUST YOU: YOUR SKILLS

• Completed commercial or technical training
• 3-5 years of experience in sales back office, ideally in the construction-related industry
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of SAP and ideally Salesforce
• Structured and independent way of working, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation
