What awaits you ##

In this position, you will proactively and uncomplicationally accompany our customers in the event of a claim. In this way, you contribute to the trust in Mobiliar as Switzerland's most personal insurance.

What you will achieve with us ##

At the center of your job is the uncomplicationally accompanying our clientele in the event of a claim - from its report to its conclusion.

You will skillfully contribute your attention and your service orientation to the accompaniment of the entire process and thus convey security to the customers regarding the claim processing.

You conduct conversations and negotiations with customers and claim partners.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Professional experience in claims processing
• Joy in contact and accompanying customers in the event of a claim
• Proactive as well as independent way of working
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• You are a native German or French speaker and have good knowledge of the other language

Your workload is negotiable from 80%. The start of the position is on 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV, Profil Nichtleben for the exercise of this function. Should this not be present, we are happy to support with tailored internal training.
