Your tasks

• You are responsible for the care process of the patients assigned to you, according to the care models applied at the Lengg clinic
• You supervise and support our FaGe apprentices as a vocational trainer
• Within the framework of a LAG concept, you autonomously promote practical training and assume responsibility for the qualification process
• You care for and accompany our patients competently within an interprofessional treatment team composed of therapists, doctors, as well as logistics staff

Your profile

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a healthcare specialist EFZ
• You are passionate about vocational training, enjoy transmitting your knowledge, and demonstrate tact as well as social skills in contact with learners
• Continuing education as an SVEB trainer or the willingness to pursue it
• You distinguish yourself through a resilient, communicative, and open personality and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate great social competence in contact with patients and their relatives
• A good sense of organization as well as enjoyment in collaborating in an interdisciplinary manner complete your profile
