At the Dottikon site, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Construction/HVAC (m/f/d)  to strengthen our growing technical team for the construction area. Your responsibility ## • You manage demanding new construction projects on the site, such as  process technology buildings and infrastructure constructions, from planning to GMP-compliant commissioning • You analyze existing construction and operating processes, design more efficient, GMP-compliant workflows, and implement them sustainably within the team • You coordinate internal departments (especially QA and production), external planners, authorities, as well as construction companies, and secure budget, quality, and deadlines • You ensure that all construction measures, renovations, and qualifications are carried out and documented in accordance with regulatory GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) • You support and represent the Head of Construction strategically as well as operationally in all matters at our production site (Dottikon) Your profile ## • Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a comparable higher technical qualification • Professional experience in industrial structural and civil engineering, in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, medical technology, or similar) • Experience in the optimization and redesign of internal processes and documentation workflows • Structured, solution-oriented, and assertive personality with high communication competence for working on an active production site • Business-fluent German skills Our environment ## • Demanding, dynamic, and performance-oriented company • Flat hierarchies, open and direct working atmosphere, clear structures • Individual development opportunities in the area of maintenance work • Work at the production site • Company-owned staff restaurant with inexpensive menus • Directly next to the train station as well as free parking spaces for employees Do you believe you are capable of more than you are currently contributing?
