Logistics Coordinator (80% to 100%)

The City Purchasing and Logistics Service (SALV) has a modern logistics center and ensures the supply, stock management, and distribution of materials for the entire municipal administration. The maintenance of the majority of the City's vehicle fleet is also part of the service's missions.

Main mission(s)

Receive, control, and stock goods

Manage the outflow of goods and prepare orders

Process returns and ensure IT follow-up

Participate in stock management and inventories

Accompany logistics apprentices and contribute to the improvement of the unit's functioning

Profile

CFC as a logistician with a storage orientation or training deemed equivalent

Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a logistician and/or certificate as an apprentice trainer, desired

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

Ability to work autonomously, organized, and to adapt to change

Very good communication and listening skills, team spirit, and sense of service

Special conditions
