Job description
As of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Pedagogical Management (m/f) for our facility in Rüschlikon. Your main tasks include: - Professional and personnel leadership of the daycare - Overall responsibility for the pedagogical work - Responsible for the implementation and cooperation in the further development of the pedagogical concept - Cooperation with management and authorities - Quality assurance - Direct parental work - Assessment and development of employees and learners Requirements: - Completed training as a childcare professional HF, social pedagogy or an equivalently recognized pedagogical training - Several years of professional experience, leadership experience desirable - warm-hearted, independent, communicative and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility - Cooperative leadership style - Good IT user knowledge and competencies in the administrative area We offer: - Independent work with high personal responsibility - Progressive employment conditions - Attractive workplace in a beautiful location - Very open and dynamic team - Workplace very easily accessible by public transport We look forward to receiving your complete application.
