It provides schooling and care for normally gifted children and adolescents, some of whom have learning impairments, who find themselves in difficult life situations. They live in mixed-age and mixed-gender social pedagogical residential groups and mostly attend the internal special education school. In the sense of reintegration, the institution also offers day groups for external residents as well as regular school attendance in Erlach. The agricultural and gardening operation, the technical service, the housekeeping, the catering, and the administration are part of the pedagogical concept: they serve as fields for learning, experience, and work. In the institution, work is carried out according to the systemic-solution-oriented approach LOA. In accompanying the clientele, we orient ourselves according to the model of Cooperative Process Design (KPG).
