CNC Mechanic Flat and Profile Grinding

To strengthen our production team at the Roggwil site, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality with a passion for precise work. We offer you careful training and the opportunity to bring in your specialist knowledge and actively participate in the further development of our processes. • Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC flat and profile grinding machines • Manufacturing precision parts according to drawings, work plans, and quality specifications • Measuring, testing, and documenting the manufactured parts • Making necessary corrections and program adjustments • Carrying out grinding wheel changes and simple maintenance work • Supporting adjacent production areas • Contributing improvement suggestions as part of the continuous improvement process • Completed basic mechanical training, as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification alternative several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing • Experience in CNC grinding, preferably in flat or profile grinding • Secure handling of technical drawings, work and test plans • Good knowledge of measurement and testing technology • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation • Good German language skills in word and writing • SAP and PC user knowledge are an advantage • Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working method • Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality • Willingness to learn and openness to new tasks
