For an established psychiatric specialist clinic in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for an engaged Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (m/w/d) for a subacute ward, starting immediately or by arrangement. You accompany people in different phases of their mental illness, specifically promote their stabilization, and actively shape the further recovery process. In doing so, you combine your nursing expertise with empathetic and resource-oriented support.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, ideally with experience in psychiatry (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Interest in a long-term activity in a challenging and exciting specialist area
• High degree of professional and social competence as well as the ability to act professionally in stressful situations
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and for personal as well as professional development

Tasks ##

• You care for and accompany people with mental illnesses on a subacute ward
• You plan and design individual nursing processes together with the interprofessional team
• You specifically promote the resources, independence, and recovery of the patients
• You accompany crisis situations professionally and contribute to a safe therapeutic environment
• You ensure careful nursing documentation and a reliable exchange of information
