• Ensure planning, scheduling, validation and printing of customer and manufacturing orders based on resources
• Monitoring & optimization of the production and delivery plan
• Control of stocks and material flow
• Creation and updating of work plans and bills of materials in the ERP
• Verification and correction of standard times in the ERP
• Collection and analysis of key indicators
• Participation in and leading of meetings and conferences
• Ensure the interface between different departments
• Participation in optimization projects
• Completed basic technical training with additional training as a process specialist, HF process technician
• Several years of experience in production planning
• Perfect command of German and English, both spoken and written, other languages an asset
• Proficiency in Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as MS-Projects
• Experience in using ERP
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly interconnected mindset (transversality between departments and functions)
• Knowledge of project management an asset
• Knowledge of SAP / InforCOM an asset
