Security Officer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Security Officer (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the security of equipment across various sites.

Responsibilities ##

• Assist the security engineer and substitute them on technical aspects related to security.
• Guarantee the consideration of security requirements during the acquisition and provision of new equipment, from the development of the specifications to their receipt on site
• Ensure the application of security rules and procedures by the technical services
• Perform and ensure the follow-up of general and specific risk analyses, particularly those related to working alone
• Ensure coordination with the stakeholders concerned: maintenance, building and infrastructure
• Participate in the drafting of technical specifications and security requirements for new equipment
• Analyze the compliance and risks related to equipment before their commissioning; participate in technical receptions
• Ensure the security follow-up of construction sites and intervene with service providers if necessary
• Lead a technical network with the maintenance, building and infrastructure teams
• Perform risk assessments and analyses, propose prevention measures and monitor their implementation
• Write reports, procedures, instructions and awareness or training materials
• Inform, advise and raise awareness among technical teams regarding security rules.

Profile ##

• Initial technical orientation training, ideally in maintenance, electromechanics or an equivalent field. Additional training in occupational health and safety is an asset
• Good technical knowledge of the operation of machines and equipment
• Mastery of professional risk analysis and assessment principles
• Ability to identify security requirements applicable to equipment, construction sites and technical installations
• Ability to write clear and structured specifications, procedures, reports and security instructions
• Mastery of common IT tools and writing proficiency
• Ability to design and implement appropriate awareness actions or training
• Rigor in analysis, synthesis and follow-up of actions
• Good communication, listening and simplification skills
• Interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
• Diplomacy, respect and sense of service
• Rigor, sense of organization and reliability
• Analytical spirit, proactivity and ability to propose pragmatic solutions
• Ability to enforce security rules with pedagogy and assertiveness.
