What you accomplish ### • Gathering specific user requirements and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction • Involvement of the operational sites concerned by the project as well as timely planning and implementation of necessary transition measures • Monitoring investment and construction costs as well as management and control of building and infrastructure documentation • Examination of specifications, plans and technical descriptions for buildings and infrastructure installations in accordance with current internal and external standards • Examination of tenders in the field of construction and infrastructure • Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the field of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of execution and cost evolution as well as carrying out acceptances • Participation in the preparation of enterprise contracts, participation in site meetings and representation of the client's interests • Monitoring construction sites to ensure compliance with defined requirements • Coordination of different specialists to achieve project objectives What you bring ### • Education: Completed diploma (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) • Specialization: Master or Bachelor in architecture, civil engineering or HF technician in site management with 5-10 years of experience • Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large complex construction projects, desirable • Person capable of working in a systematic and structured manner, thinking in networks, prioritizing and being resilient • Good knowledge of Office and SAP • German (B2) • French (B2) What we offer you ### • Flexible workplace / teleworking: possibility of teleworking up to 2 days • Maternity / paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) • Occupational pension: full coverage in the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits • Social benefits: 730 days of sickness daily allowances at full net salary • Catering: balanced menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for max.
