About the department The Operational Competence Center Liquidation (BKZ Liq) handles the organizational processing of liquidation and the sale of decommissioned army material to third parties throughout Switzerland. We also ensure the professional liquidation and disposal of the army's annual or recurring ammunition returns for destruction at the Altdorf site. This also includes occasional ammunition disposals as part of individual armasuisse projects.
