Expert Statistics/Data Science OAAT AG is a national institution of healthcare providers and insurers based in Bern. Its goal is to support contracting partners in the application, further development, and monitoring of the national tariff systems for outpatient medical services (TARDOC, Ambulante Pauschalen). To complement our Ambulante Pauschalen business unit, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Expert Statistics/Data Science Your tasks Implementation, further development, and automation of workflows in the area of data preparation and data evaluation; Development and implementation of modern methods for data preparation and data evaluation to support tariff development; Collaboration in projects for data procurement and analysis; Preparation and processing of data for the further development of tariff structures; Creation of statistical analyses, reports, and presentations. Your competencies Programming in R or ; with the willingness to acquire competencies in the other programming language; Experience in dealing with databases (Azure SQL) and SQL knowledge; Descriptive statistics and more complex statistical analyses. Your qualifications: Completed university degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science. Degree of employment: 80% Start of employment: From 1.
