Senior Fiduciary Clerk
Your responsibility with a view to the corporate goals:
In this versatile and responsible function, you will complement our accounting team and independently manage the accounting of selected companies within our corporate group. You will perform the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting and ensure complete, timely, and qualitatively flawless processing of all business transactions.
Your tasks include, in particular, the creation and posting of accounts receivable invoices, the checking and processing of accounts payable invoices, the preparation and execution of payment transactions, as well as the posting and reconciliation of incoming payments. In addition, you will perform account reconciliations, manage the dunning and debt collection process, and assist with VAT returns as well as monthly, interim, and annual financial statements.
As an experienced specialist, you will take responsibility for your areas of responsibility, support the accounting team with demanding issues, and work closely with the management and other internal departments. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of our financial processes.
Your skills to advance us and our customers:
You have a basic commercial training and completed further training as a clerk in finance and accounting. Further training, for example as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, is an advantage.
You have already been able to successfully apply your specialist knowledge for several years in a comparable function in accounting and have sound experience in the independent management of accounting. You work in a structured, exact, and independent manner, possess a strong flair for numbers, and maintain an overview even with several companies managed in parallel.
Your entrepreneurial thinking, your reliability, and your strong IT affinity characterize you. You are well acquainted with Microsoft products. Knowledge of the ERP systems ABACUS and SORBA as well as experience in the main construction or construction secondary trade are an advantage and will support you in the efficient management of your versatile tasks.
