Head of Mechanical Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks: • Responsibility for the availability and operational safety of production and infrastructure facilities • Leadership and further development of the maintenance team • Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and revision work • Analysis and rectification of faults as well as continuous optimization of facilities • Cooperation and coordination with external service providers and specialist companies • Participation in technical investment and optimization projects • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards Requirements: • Completed technical basic training, for example as an agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic or in a comparable profession • Several years of experience in industrial maintenance as well as initial leadership experience is an advantage • Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics, ideally supplemented by basic knowledge of electronics and automation • Good MS-Office skills as well as very good German language skills • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Communication-strong and team-capable personality with assertiveness
