Project Management LGBTIQ+ Specialist Office, 20%, fixed-term until the end of December 2028

Your tasks

• Contact person for LGBTIQ+ topics in the Zurich parish
• Conduct of confirmation lessons on LGBTIQ+ topics
• Organization and participation in panel discussions and specialist conferences
• Creation of content on social media regarding LGBTIQ+ and Christian faith
• Further education offers for employees of the parish
• Creation of publications for various reformed media on the topic of LGBTIQ+ and faith

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed theology studies
• Pronounced specialist knowledge of all LGBTIQ+ topics and queer theology
• Organizational talent with a structured, reliable and independent way of working
• High social competence and ability for networked thinking and acting
• Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing as well as communicative skills
• Positive basic attitude towards the Reformed Church
