Insurance Specialist Back Office

Our client provides holistic support to companies in all insurance matters. The claim: highest quality, clear structures and sustainable solutions. The focus is on sound advice, precise risk analyses as well as consistent support in the event of a claim.

Your tasks

• Support and maintenance of private and corporate customers
• Preparation and support of tenders
• Independent processing of claims
• Processing of policies, contract changes and general inquiries
• Coordination with insurance companies

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally at a broker
• Completed VBV examination
• Experience in claims processing
• Good knowledge in corporate customer business
• Confident handling of policies and contract mutations
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Impeccable reputation and professional appearance
• Affinity for digital tools and modern ways of working

Advantageous

• Further training in the insurance sector (e.g. professional certificate)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Good English skills or other foreign languages
• Experience in working with various insurance companies
