For an institution in the field of ambulatory care in Basel, we are looking for a certified nursing professional HF/FH for a versatile leadership role. In this position, you will take responsibility for a nursing team and, together with your employees, ensure professional and needs-based care for people in their home environment.

You will have the opportunity to actively shape both the technical quality and the cooperation within the team. In doing so, you will combine your nursing experience with leadership competence and contribute to the continuous further development of ambulatory care.

Requirements ##

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the ambulatory sector
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Leadership training or willingness to complete corresponding further education
• Strong social and communication skills
• Appreciative and cooperative leadership style
• Ability to promote employees and include different perspectives
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in the further development of teams, nursing quality, and work processes

Tasks ##

• Technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team
• Ensuring professional and person-centered ambulatory care
• Responsibility for high nursing and care quality
• Accompanying, supporting, and developing employees
• Coordination and design of efficient processes within the area of responsibility
• Promoting constructive and appreciative cooperation within the team
• Exchange with various internal and external specialists
• Contact person for demanding nursing and organizational issues
• Supporting professional guidance for apprentices and students
• Participation in the further development of processes and quality standards
• Participation in projects in the field of nursing and organization
