What awaits you? ##

• Processing of investment/asset management advice: checking of documents and stock market orders, execution of liquidations.
• Management of securities positions: settlement of Corporate Action, security transactions, security inflows/outflows
• Detailed clarifications with asset managers or third parties (e.g., banks, Raiffeisen Schweiz) for processing.
• Deputizing in the team and taking over tasks in, among others, the following areas: pension processing, card processing, master data mutations
• Preparation of annual and interim financial statements
• Posting of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
• Preparation of analyses for financial planning.
• Preparation of data and evaluations within the framework of reporting
• Receiving calls including providing technical information by telephone within the area of competence or correct forwarding

What do you bring with you? ##

• completed banking training or several years of professional experience in the field of responsibility
• strong quality and responsibility awareness with a structured, precise way of working
• enjoyment of process-oriented tasks
• high willingness to learn and develop combined with good teamwork and communication skills
• good Microsoft Office skills
