• to enthuse with your fascination for the products and trends of the ICT world
• to acquire and retain customers with your extensive knowledge of products
• to respond in a motivated and professional manner to customer inquiries and to find optimal solutions
• to work confidently with the different databases and tools
• in addition to your activities at the customer front, to also take care of exciting tasks behind the scenes, such as purchasing, product presentation, storage or sales promotion

What you bring

• Mandatory schooling completed, average degree (secondary) with constantly good results.
• French, mathematics and at least one foreign language (German or English) are part of your strengths.
• You are fascinated by the products and trends of the ICT world.
• You convince with your good skills of expression and oral and written communication, whether in French or in a foreign language.
• You attach great importance to good manners and you like contact with people.
• You have a sense of numbers and you are flexible.
• Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things.
• You know the specific training model of Swisscom and you want to be a part of it.
• As part of the integrity check, an extract from the criminal record if of age, will be requested before the start of the apprenticeship
