You will work in our service center and maintain our fleet as ### What awaits you • You provide technical and personnel leadership to a maintenance group of 8 to 12 employees • You ensure the technically correct maintenance of the SOB rail vehicles in compliance with quality and safety standards • You further develop workflows, equipment, and processes within the group using common LEAN methods • You plan the personnel according to AZG • You ensure the training and further education within the team • You maintain active cooperation with different areas within the SOB What you bring with you • You have a technical vocational training in the field of electricity or mechanics, ideally with further training in these occupational groups • You have several years of professional experience in a technical environment (ideally maintenance) • You are a goal-oriented, resilient leader with organizational skills and constructive assertiveness in a dynamic environment • You possess strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking abilities with an independent way of working and the ability to communicate complex challenges clearly • You are an empathetic, proactive, and loyal team player • You have IT affinity, experience with SAP is an advantage • You bring the willingness for five to seven weekend shifts/year • You have experience with Lean methods Jasmin Wirtensohn HR Division Manager \+ 41 58 580 73 07
