Production Operations Employee (m/f/d)

Introduction

For a manufacturing company in the food industry, we are looking for a committed Production Operations Employee to strengthen the team. The assignment takes place in an environment where quality, hygiene, and reliable processes are the focus. The position includes practical activities in cheese production as well as supporting work in various areas of the production operation. We are looking for a person who implements work instructions reliably, documents carefully, and maintains an overview even with changing tasks. The company places value on compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards and expects a structured, resilient, and responsible way of working. The position offers a varied field of activity with clear processes and close involvement in the ongoing production.

Tasks

• You carefully and efficiently place the cheese into the fermentation trays after the pressing process.
• You carry out all work according to work instructions and document them correctly.
• You undertake cleaning work in the brine bath and dripping room areas according to specified standards.
• You recognize deviations in products, systems, or processes and report them immediately.
• You support the entire production operation and work flexibly in various work areas.
• You make an important contribution to high cheese quality as well as to quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Profile

• Ideally, you have experience in a production facility, preferably in the food industry.
• You are prepared to perform physically demanding work reliably and with concentration.
• You work carefully, responsibly, and with a high awareness of quality.
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You know the importance of hygiene, quality, and safety regulations and comply with them consistently.
