Polymechanic with experience in quality control and metrology

Activities

• operate and program 3D coordinate measuring machine
• independently perform quality controls on various compressor parts
• create inspection protocols and evaluate measurement results
• prepare and process Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
• provide metrological support for internal and external employees
• Requirements
• completed training as a Polymechanic or mechanical engineer
• practical experience in metrology and quality testing
• knowledge in handling 3D coordinate measuring machines, programming knowledge of KMG (Hexagon) is an advantage
• experience in operating an overhead crane up to 20 tons
• confident handling of Office365, SAP and WAY
• good German skills
• willingness to work in two-shift operation
