• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through holistic advice and support for customers in the basic products of the product ranges "Saving, Payment, Investing and Provisioning"
• Receiving and serving customers in the customer zone
• Active potential identification and forwarding of customers to the responsible specialists
• Collaboration in target group-specific market processing measures, particularly in contact campaigns
• Participation in personnel administration
• Accompanying apprentices

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed vocational training as a businessman/businesswoman, ideally in a banking environment
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance
• Independent, exact and responsible way of working with joy in direct customer contact

Preferably

• Completed further training as a Praxiausbildner/in
• Further training in the field of human resources
