Your tasks

• Ensuring individual and needs-based care
• Taking over daily responsibility and professional responsibility
• Creating, reviewing, and adjusting the care plan
• Carrying out medical and nursing measures
• Recognizing changes and initiating corresponding measures
• Professional support of the nursing staff
• Exchange with relatives, doctors, and other involved bodies

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalent recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and pronounced professional competence
• Respectful and patient interaction with elderly people
