Senior Finance Clerk Fiduciary Olten

As a Senior Finance Clerk with a fiduciary and tax background, you are responsible for accounting, financial statements, and tax matters for several companies. In the Olten region, Canton Solothurn, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 100 %. You manage the financial accounting, prepare financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER, and are the internal contact person for tax and fiduciary questions.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You independently manage the financial accounting of several group companies
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, and payment transactions
• You prepare VAT returns and assist with tax returns
• You are the internal contact person for accounting, tax, and fiduciary issues
• You assist in the optimization of processes in finance and accounting

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or as a fiduciary clerk
• Several years of experience in a fiduciary or finance function with experience in closing and tax
• Sound knowledge of OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as VAT law
• Confident handling of Abacus or a comparable ERP system and very good Excel skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
