Sales / Consulting Interior Architecture (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Acquiring new customers, clarifying needs as well as compiling costs
• Developing and implementing spatial concepts for the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail construction and private residences
• Looking after and advising customers as well as conducting discussions on site
• Being responsible for the timely implementation of orders
• Developing overall spatial concepts including floor plan, color, material and lighting concepts
• Coordinating project processes with suppliers, specialist planners and authorities
• Conducting project and construction management as well as coordinating the construction site
• Ordering and organizing required materials, furniture and special products
• Participating in trade fairs to represent the company
• Ensuring quality while complying with standards in every project

Your profile

• Interior architecture / Architect with corresponding professional experience in consulting, sales and planning of gastronomy, retail construction, hotel industry projects
• Confident handling of CAD & design programs
• Strong communication, team player as well as creative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Innovative and independent way of working with organizational talent as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
• German: Stylistically confident / Any further language an advantage
