Program Management Strategic Financial Planning, 80-100 %

For the Finance Administration Directorate, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Strategic management and further development of the city-wide investment planning as well as, if required, of measures to improve results.
• Development of complex, fiscal policy decision-making bases for the City Council and other committees.
• Management and coordination of cross-departmental steering, prioritization, and implementation processes.
• Performance of analyses as well as the establishment and further development of effective monitoring and reporting.
• Target-group-oriented preparation, presentation, and communication of complex fiscal policy and business management issues.

Profile ##

• Completed degree in business administration or university of applied sciences as well as experience in the finance, controlling, or administration environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess complex financial and strategic issues and to develop sound decision-making bases
• Experience in coordinating cross-divisional processes as well as a confident manner when dealing with different stakeholders from administration and politics
• Enjoyment in the establishment and further development of steering, reporting, and monitoring instruments as well as a good understanding of business management contexts
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex content in a target-group-oriented manner
