We are looking for a highly qualified Technician to join our precision machining team. Your expertise in sinker EDM will be essential for producing complex components in demanding materials, while respecting very strict tolerances.

Job description ##

• Programming and setting: Autonomously program, set up, and operate our sinker EDM machines.
• Work preparation: Identify electrode needs, prepare machining setups, and choose optimal machining parameters.
• Precision machining: Perform complex machining operations or delicate geometries.
• Quality control: Perform rigorous dimensional inspections of produced parts using measuring instruments (measuring columns, CMM, etc.) to guarantee compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Maintenance: Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in the optimization of machining processes and working methods.

We expect ##

Training: Ideally holder of a degree in machining / precision mechanics (CFC, BTS, DUT, Bac Pro or equivalent). Experience: Minimum [3 to 5] years of significant experience as an operator/programmer on sinker EDM machines.

Technical skills: Mastery of reading complex technical drawings. In-depth knowledge of EDM principles and dielectric fluids. Experience with numerical controls [e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, AgieVision]. Knowledge of CAD/CAM is a plus.

Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, meticulousness, excellent analytical capacity, and sense of organization.
