Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks: As a construction manager, you will take on technical, scheduling, and economic responsibility for your construction sites. Independent management and organization of construction projects in structural and/or civil engineering Work preparation (AVOR) as well as deployment planning of personnel, material, and inventory Leadership and coordination of foremen, leading hands, and construction workers Cost control, supplementary management, and monitoring of budgets Planning and monitoring of deadlines Ensuring quality, environmental, and safety specifications Measurement, billing, and documentation of the performed work Contact person for clients, planners, authorities, and subcontractors Your profile: Completed training in construction, for example as a Mason EFZ, Road Builder EFZ or comparable training Further education as a dipl.
