HYDRO Exploitat Operations Specialist HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the area of operation and maintenance of energy generation plants. We combine all the necessary competencies under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering. We operate and maintain a plant fleet with more than 40 hydroelectric plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the capacity available from hydropower in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants operated by us generate about 16% of the electricity from hydropower in Switzerland. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, as well as industry. We are mainly active in Switzerland, but occasionally carry out assignments abroad. Operations Specialist Workplace: Ernen Your mission: You will carry out necessary maintenance work in various hydroelectric power plants and participate in a cross-functional team in maintenance work on mechanical plant parts. Your tasks: Independent execution of repair and maintenance work at various hydroelectric power plants; Execution of orders in the area of plant management (maintenance work, periodic controls and inspections according to program and guidelines); Participation in maintenance, renewal and expansion work in the hydroelectric power plants; Application of the necessary safety, quality and environmental regulations for a smooth workflow of the work; Ensuring on-call service; Completion of cleaning and environmental work. Your competencies: EFZ in the technical field, preferably as a mechanic or electrician; 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial plant, preferably in a hydroelectric power plant; Independence and sense of responsibility; Willingness to work in a team and for geographical mobility; Ability to master emergency situations; German or French native language with good knowledge of the other language.
