Axanova AG is a successful Swiss company in Uetliburg, at the upper Lake Zurich, which maintains and distributes an innovative range of health products and dietary supplements in Switzerland. As part of a replacement hire, we are looking for a younger and solution-oriented personality with a passion for health products, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for Quality Management & Regulatory AffairsResponsible person for food and consumer goods according to LGVMaintenance and further development of the QM systemEnsuring product conformity and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, cosmetics and medical devicesSupport with complaints, deviations (CAPA) and quality-relevant issues Initiating and performing quality controlsOptimization of procedures and processes for quality assuranceCreation and maintenance of product-specific documentation (PID/TD) and management reportsCommunication with competent authorities as well as close cooperation with product management, purchasing and managementDevelopment of pragmatic and economically sensible solutionsCo-responsibility for technically demanding product management activities

Your profile:

Drogist (HF) or studies in the field of pharmacy or natural sciencesQA/RA experience in a pharmacy/drugstore or in the healthcare industryIdeally knowledge of food, medical device and cosmetics lawStructured, analytical and responsible way of workingEntrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of the big pictureWillingness for constructive solution-findingConfident handling of MS-Office (especially Excel with macros)Self-motivated, communicative and a team playerGerman native language, good English skills in speaking and writing
