The Wysshölzli clinic is a leading specialized clinic for women suffering from addiction-related disorders and eating disorders, offering 37 inpatient treatment places as well as two outpatient consultations. The clinic is on the list of hospitals for the canton of Berne, has a service contract with the cantonal directorate of health and social affairs, as well as contracts with health insurers. The site located in the Oberaargau, canton of Berne, in a quiet location, appeals with its beautiful nature and its proximity to Berne, Soleure, Olten and Langenthal.

We are looking for, by arrangement, a
Chief Psychologist 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• therapeutic and staff management of certain specialized departments and/or outpatient consultations
• therapeutic planning and development of inpatient and outpatient offers
• conceptual development of treatment and staff training
• promotion of coordination and communication within the interdisciplinary therapeutic team
• conducting reflections on patients within the treatment team and crisis management
• participation in projects, conceptual work, quality management
• design of processes taking into account profitability and patient orientation
• working with patients if there is interest, for example conducting indication interviews, psychotherapeutic treatment, offers for relatives

Your profile

• federally recognized psychotherapist diploma with professional experience
• several years of experience in personnel management
• proactive, integrative and flexible personality, networked thinking and stress resistant
• very good organizational and communication skills
• enjoyment in therapeutic processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
• strategic thinking and interest in the continuous development of the clinic
