Attached to the Service du travail of the Direction des sports et de la cohésion sociale, Emploi Lausanne is an essential part of the system put in place by the Ville de Lausanne regarding professional insertion and social integration through work. Its mission is to increase the chances of its beneficiaries' services of entering the labor market through a system of benefits developing their employability and favoring employment. In order to complete the team of counselors in charge of individual follow-ups of beneficiaries capable of insertion for invalidity insurance and social assistance, Emploi Lausanne is looking for an insertion counselor at 80%-100%.

Main mission(s) ###

Accompany, advise and support participants in achieving the objectives of the measure

Manage and coordinate professional insertion measures with the various partners concerned, in particular invalidity insurance

Ensure the smooth running of professional insertion measures within our workshops or partner companies

Contribute to the management of the network of partner companies and its development

Profile ###

University or HES Bachelor's in psychology or an equivalent title

Additional training in the HR field or professional reintegration, desired

Confirmed professional experience in conducting professional assessments, counseling and supporting beneficiaries

Knowledge of mental health issues and the invalidity insurance measurement system, desired

Results-oriented person, sense of negotiation, organization, writing skills

Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
