Your missions * Autonomous and customer-oriented management of LAA and LAAC accident claim files, including the drafting of decisions. * Application of benefit regulations in accordance with legal and contractual provisions. * Close collaboration with our various internal and external partners * Management of correspondence and conducting interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim: insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, etc. * Identification of possibilities for recourse against responsible third parties and other insurers. Your profile * Completed commercial training; a federal diploma in social insurance is an asset. * Professional experience in managing claim files, ideally in life insurance. * Knowledge of the Swiss social and private insurance system. * Reliable and empathetic personality, equipped with excellent negotiation skills and a professional attitude towards customers. * Mastery of French, both oral and written; good knowledge of German and English is an asset.
