Mission As Sector Manager, you will play a key role in the organization and support of your team on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities: Actively participate in the service's development projects, in close collaboration with the head of service; Supervise and lead a team of home care professionals; Conduct interviews and ensure local management; Ensure activity monitoring: planning, replacement management, monitoring of services; Manage complaints and sensitive client situations, by providing adapted solutions and ensuring user satisfaction; Guarantee the quality of care and the satisfaction of beneficiaries; Promote the evolution of professional practices to meet the new challenges of the sector (aging, staying at home, innovations...); Be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of the organization and the quality of services Profile sought: HES nursing degree or equivalent; Management certification; Successful experience in team management, ideally in the medico-social or health sector; Asserted managerial skills: listening, team spirit, ability to unite; Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy; Spirit of initiative, proactivity, ability to accompany change; Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service; Flexibility in the organization of working time; Knowledge of RAI CARE and Carefolio an asset; Driver's license and vehicle indispensable Your advantages: A stimulating environment, constantly evolving; A committed and supportive team; The opportunity to participate actively in the transformation of care practices within a working framework that values initiatives and new ideas.
