Our client, schärli bättig partner ag, is a small, fine, and dedicated consulting company in the center of the city of Luzern. Their customer focus is on medical practices and regional SMEs. In the area of fiduciary activity and due to pleasing growth, we are looking for an independent, entrepreneurial, and responsible leader or management personality who wants to develop further in the role due to their professional competence and personal potential and to expand the area of responsibility over time.

Your tasks

• Professional and possible leadership responsibility of the operative fiduciary team
• Acting as the contact person for all internal fiduciary matters
• Holistic support of mandate clients in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll, and taxes
• Active advising in the area of business administration and entrepreneurship
• Responsibility for annual financial statements with reporting
• Co-responsibility for projects, processes, digitalization, and AI activities
• Exchange with mandate leaders, partners, as well as male and female colleagues

Your profile

• Basic professional training with further training at the level of fiduciary with federal diploma (eidg. FA), certified fiduciary expert, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector with customer responsibility
• Potential to grow in leadership and take on more responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct and existing customer contact
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
